The 6.5mm base ensures optimum heat absorption and distribution, achieving outstanding energy efficiency. Cleaning is a breeze with the non-stick coating – a quick soak in hot, soapy water is all it takes. Versatile and suitable for use on all cookers, including induction, this griddle excels on hotplates and in AGA ovens.
Please note: For optimal use on the induction hob, employ both areas of the bridge function. Cook meats no deeper than 2cm to enhance cooking time and results. Always place food at the centre of the griddle ridges, avoiding the channel around the cooking area.
